The GTA Bravado Banshee
Cheri Parker, a 56-year-old grandmother from Havelock, North Carolina, isn't exactly the type you'd expect to see sitting behind the wheel of a real-life Grand Theft Auto Banshee.
But there's an explanation for that: her young son won the GTA Bravado Banshee, which is based on the Dodge Viper SRT10 and made by 'West Coast Custom' of 'Pimp My Ride' fame, in a 2012 competition and because he used her credit card to purchase the video game, she became the legal owner of the vehicle.
This video from Barcroft was uploaded on February 26, but a quick online search reveals that after an unsuccessful listing on eBay in June of 2014 (we covered it here without knowing that she owned it then) where Parker was asking for $170,000, she apparently sold it in a new listing on January 30, 2015, for a much lower $45,200.
During the interview, she mentioned that she was going to sell the car to pay for her son's college.
