Ram 1500 TRXs With Ease
The Jeep Gladiator is one of the most imposing vehicles currently on sale, and this example being auctioned off during a Barrett-Jackson event running between October 22 and 24 could be the most remarkable one we’ve come across.
Rather than feature a diesel engine or the standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, this Gladiator is rocking a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 from a Dodge Challenger Demon and is said to be good for 850 hp. Coupled to this brute of an engine is an eight-speed automatic transmission. The listing notes the powertrain has been modified with a heavy-duty Griffin radiator and a dual-fuel pump system capable of supporting 1,000 hp, while the supercharger also uses a water intercooler system.
Various other mechanical modifications have been made. For example, there is an EVO 6.5-inch Enforcer Overland Stage-4 suspension system and EVO King shocks. The builder has also fitted a King steering stabilizer, JKS ACOS front adjustable spacers, Adams driveshaft, custom 1350 front and rear drivelines, Dynatrac Pro Rock Hardcore Plus XD60 front and rear axle set, and Eaton E-locker differentials.
From a visual standpoint, the modified and engine swapped Gladiator has a set of 20×10-inch Fuel Zephyr wheels with 40-inch Toyo MT tires. It also sports a WARN Zeon 10S winch, Mopar stubby steel bumper, Rockslide Engineering electric side steps, Rockslide Engineering slider skids and custom embroidered headrests.
There’s no doubt that all of these modifications cost a serious amount of money. Nevertheless, this custom Gladiator will be auctioned off without a reserve.
