Bruiser Conversions 6×6 Is A Six-Wheel

Six-wheeled vehicles have always been favored among enthusiasts not just for their off-roading capability, but their no-nonsense look, too. The thing is, there aren’t that many around.
Right now, buyers can choose between thet Mercedes-Benz G63, Kahn Flying Huntsman and Hennessey VelociRaptor. Those looking into something more extreme can go ahead and order the Devel Sixteen, provided they can swallow its heavy sticker price, but what about those looking for something more down to Earth like, say, a Jeep?
Well, except for a Chinese conversion from a couple of years ago, there wasn’t really anything in store. Until recently, that is, because a company called Bruiser Conversions decided to take a Jeep Wrangler JK and turn it into a six-wheeled beast.

The vehicle was already presented at last year’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas, and turned heads at different events since, but it only recently came to our attention, so let’s see what it’s all about.
For starters, it has a longer body to accommodate the extra axle, an open bed at the rear with oak wood, increased ground clearance, special suspension, winch at the front, and special alloy wheels shod with Mickey Thompson off-road rubber. Thus, it can conquer some very steep slopes, on paper at least.
Other features that are worth mentioning include the matte green finish that covers the exterior, new side mirrors with LED turn signals, steel bumpers and an optional light bar mounted on the A pillars.
Bruiser Conversions can modify any JL, JK, and TJ Wrangler to various specs, not just the 6×6, and apart from the LS3, it can also shoehorn either a Hemi V8 or a Cummins Turbo diesel in the engine bay.
The piece du résistance, however, lies in the engine compartment, where the tuner decided to go for a GM-sourced LS3 V8 engine, which makes 480 horsepower, and an Atlas 3.0 transfer case.
